Hey, we're good, but we can't do everything!

  • We currently only review sites in English.
  • If you can't make your site available on the public internet, we can't see it. Please arrange some way for us to see your design if it's behind a firewall or only available as sketches (link for download, etc.).
  • If you require us to make a test purchase, please make an arrangement for payment that doesn’t require us to use our credit cards.

How to get good Usable Feedback.

We highly recommend reading this short, three-step guide before filling out the request. The more specific your request, the better your results will be.

  1. Describe the scenario you want us to review—the thing your site visitor needs to do to be successful. For example: "I want users to sign up for our monthly newsletter." Be as specific as you can. See Examples
  2. Who is your typical user (site visitor)? Describe demographics, job titles, special skills, or knowledge they might have. See Examples
  3. How will we access your site? If your site or prototype isn't public yet, you may need to set up a special server or password for us. Or, you might need to set up a demo account with a user ID, password, and the right settings for the scenario.

Note: if you need us to make a “test purchase” during our review of your site, please provide us with the methods to do so. We cannot use our own credit cards to make test purchases.
